QA/QC Introduction

We stick to the ISO9001:2000 procedures, requirements for manufacture, standards for inspection, record for process, traceability of responsibility, correction for misplay, precaution for hidden trouble and continuous improvement for problems.

We follow one superior authority principle, responsibility power consistent principle and permit quality control authority and uniqueness.

Warom is the member unit of China Product Quality Association, whose product is evaluated to be "National Quality Stable Certified Product". Besides, our QC center is entitled to be "Quality Control Advanced Enterprise". Our test lab is evaluated by "Chinese Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association" to be "A level Petroleum and Chemical Enterprise Quality Test Center".

Besides, we pay more attention on the ex-works report. Each product must undertake numbers of tests, not allowed to leave factory until it is test qualified.

We have 5 labs unique in the same profession. In the explosion-proof performance test center, we have 2 sets of impact test facility, 4 sets of hydraulic test facility and 2 sets of temperature test facility. In the electric performance test center, we have 4 sets of voltage resistance test facility, 4 sets of electric data test facility, 2 sets of electric life test facility, 4 sets of huge current load test facility, 1 set of transient equilibrium checker and 1 set of illumination integral facility. In the
protection test center, we have the protection test facility for IP54, IP66 and IPX7. In the metal corrosion proof test center, we have 2 sets of salt fog test facility. In the plastic aging test center, we have 2 sets of high and low temperature test facility.
